GoldFund independently developed shaft system sensors and intelligent data acquisition stations fully match the same series of products from American Bentley, all certified with SIL, with an average mean time between failures of 100,000 hours, completely replacing imports. The product design lifespan is 25 years. The 6800 system is used for monitoring and protection of steam turbines, gas turbines, and compressors, while the 6900 wireless system is employed for informatized data acquisition of small equipment, enabling intelligent device operation and maintenance management.
Based on the BS architecture, the source code is independently developed, operating in a fully domestic software environment utilizing the Kylin operating system and KingbaseES database. It completely replaces the Bentley SYS1 system, leveraging patented equipment fault model diagnostic software to perform transient analysis for compressor, steam turbine, and gas turbine startups/shutdowns. With a fault model library encompassing tens of thousands of entries for equipment such as fans, pumps, gearboxes, belt conveyors, vibrating screens, and finishing mill units, it enables early fault warning and high-accuracy fault diagnosis. Automated fault analysis reports are generated to enhance engineers' diagnostic capabilities, achieving intelligent equipment operation and maintenance.
